HILLSIDE PRESS, which was founded over a decade ago and has offices in London and Greece (where it undertakes its major activities) has established itself as an influential publisher of course books, supplementary materials and other educational publications for the teaching of English to speakers of other languages.

The philosophy of the company is to provide quality teaching material which addresses the need for language education to be securely based in a humanistic, value-oriented environment. Accordingly, there is a strong emphasis on all aspects of human values in a non-discriminatory, multi-cultural approach.

Hillside publications lead the way with their trend-setting application of the most up-to-date methodology to help learners acquire their skills effectively and with confidence. Hillside's range of grammar books, skills books, exam books and course books caters for all levels from beginner to advanced. The books and materials have been systematically piloted, primarily through Hillside School of Foreign Languages, and with careful regard, to feedback from EFL teachers.

Hillside books have been officially approved by the Greek Ministry of Education and have proved popular in Greek state schools. The company is confident of continuing its successful expansion beyond the east European market (Romania, Moldova, etc) in a number of other countries (Egypt, etc)
